The citizens of the bluegreensphere

  We planted our saplings. We realized the sapling planting in the neighborhood of our school in Ayvalık. We planted saplings in the area arranged by the Regional Forestry Chief. Our Mayor of Ayvalık took part in the event with us. We planted saplings together. We also planted fruit saplings in our school garden. It was a very enjoyable work.   Fidan dikimini Ayvalık İlçemizde Okulumuzun mahallesinde gerçekleştirdik. Orman Bölge Şefliğinin düzenlemiş olduğu alanda fidan dikimini yaptık. Bizimle birlikte Ayvalık Belediye Başkanımızda etkinlikte yer aldı. Birlikte fidan dikimini gerçekleştirdik. Ayrıca okul bahçemize de meyve fidanı diktik. Çok keyifli bir çalışma oldu.

  Tema Foundation Samsun Provincial Representative Yusuf Dursun Durmuş gave a training on "Zero Waste" to our project t eam. Öğrencilerim çevrim içi olan bilgilendirme toplantısına zoom dan bireysel olarak katılım gösterdiler. Sıfır atık konusunda kağıt ve pillerin geri dönüşümünden farklı olarak elektronik eşyalarında bu grupta olması ilgilerini çekti. Merakla dinlediler. Sıfır Atık ın ülke ekonomisine katkısı konusunda bilgi sahibi oldular .Bilgilendirme toplantımızın çok verimli geçtiğini düşünüyorum. My students attended the online information meeting individually from zoom. Unlike the recycling of paper and batteries in terms of zero waste, the fact that it is in this group in electronic goods attracted their attention. They listened with curiosity. They learned about the contribution of Zero Waste to the national economy. I think our information meeting was very productive.

In our Science course, information was given about the life cycle of plants. The pictures in our textbook were examined. Articles on the development of the seed were read. Since our live lessons were continuing, the students were shown the preparation of the seed balls. The seed balls were prepared. They were delivered to our students at different times in our school. Students were informed about seed balls. A student planted the first seeds in the garden of our school together with our Vice Principal Ahmet Afacan. Two seed balls were given to our students. Our students left their seed balls to nature.

We mostly made our waste battery boxes from waste materials. We took him to our homes. When our boxes are full, we will bring them to the box at the school and empty them.

 Öğrencilerimiz yaratıcılıklarını kullanarak atık pil kutusu tasarladılar. Yaratıcılıklarını kullanarak harika ürünler ortaya çıkardılar.

  In our live lesson, a week ago, student presentations were made about the research tasks on "The Harm of Waste Batteries to Nature". The students listened to each other with interest. They explained that waste batteries should not be thrown into the garbage or in the nature. The damages caused by batteries to soil and water were emphasized. It was emphasized that batteries should be left in waste bins to prevent damage to all living things. A student-centered study was conducted. The subject was reinforced by asking questions to each other. Each student said their views on the subject. As a result, we decided to raise awareness about this issue, starting with our family.  

 Öğrencilerimiz tanışma webinarında birbirleriyle tanıştılar. Yaşadıkları şehri ve okullarını arkadaşlarına tanıttılar. Öğrencimiz İngilizce selamlaştı ve tanıtım gerçekeştirdi.

Students Meeting

  We held our first webinar on 16.01.2021. 16.01.2021 tarihinde proje ekibimiz ile ilk buluşmamızı gerçekleştirdik. 

  Canlı ders sırasında öğrencilerimizle içme suyunun evlerimize nasıl geldiğini anlatan bir animasyon izledik.Canlı derste, su biterse ne gibi sorunlarla karşılaşacağımızı tartıştık. Su sıkıntısı çeken ülkelerde neler olduğunu anlatan videolar izledik.Su ayak izimizi hesapladık. Su ayak izi, tatlı su kullanımının bir göstergesidir. Sadece üretici veya tüketici olarak kullandığımız su değil, dolaylı olarak tükettiğimiz suyun toplamıdır. During the live lesson, we watched an animation with our students explaining how drinking water came to our homes.In the live lesson, we discussed what problems we would face if the water ran out. We watched videos explaining what is happening in countries with water shortage.We calculated our water footprint. The water footprint is an indicator of fresh water use. It is not only the water we use as a producer or consumer, but the sum of the water we consume indirectly.

We came together for 9 February Safe Internet Use Day.
